The Swastha Bharat Cycle Yatra 2026 is a health and awareness initiative of the National Institute of Holistic Health (NIHH), bringing together cycling, wellness, yoga, naturopathy and community awareness on a journey across North India.
Beginning at India Gate, New Delhi on 02 October 2026, the yatra travels through Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh and Uttarakhand, carrying the message of healthier people, stronger communities and a more conscious India.
The campaign promotes active living, preventive health awareness, cleaner surroundings and holistic wellbeing through public engagement and the spirit of cycling.
